$10 document processing fee (for transferring ownership from one entity
to another) for our services; no additional fees or percentages are

else?
It's easy! Simply request a copy of the .
Complete the form and return it with your original Deed
and Title (along with your $10 document processing fee) to us at the
address below. We'll re-register the property in the new owner's name,
ship the revised documents to your designee (yourself or the new owner),
and send both parties an acknowledgement of the transfer.
