Our first priority is to make your experience with us as hassle-free
as possible. To this end, we are committed to the highest standards in

and correctly. Our commitment includes processing and shipping your order within 72
hours (three business days) following the receipt of your order.
Please note that orders received before 1 p.m. (Eastern
time in the U.S.) on regular business days are generally processed the
same day. Those received on weekends, holidays or after 1 p.m. on business
days are generally processed the next day. During peak holiday periods —
especially during the weeks leading up to Christmas and Valentine's Day
— some delays may occur, but we do everything possible to insure that

in the "Full Name" field.
Please note that your deed and title is a
legal document. If you have the choice between entering your name in the
familiar form (such as "Jerry Dennis" or "Hope Smith") rather than the complete
form (such as "Gerald Henry Dennis, Jr." or "Hope Marie
Smith"), please enter the
complete, legal name.

Our commitment to processing orders in a timely manner
includes shipping your order out as soon as possible via first-class mail
(U.S. customers) or air-mail letter post (international customers).
Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, orders shipped in the United
States generally arrive with five to seven days, while international
orders may take from ten to seventeen days depending upon location.
Please note that our commitment to processing orders in
three business days (or less!) does not include weekends or holidays, and
your order may be delayed if we require clarification of your special

Processing" button, and we'll take care of the rest! We'll confirm your

When completing your order, please make sure that you
enter the proper shipping address for delivery, depending on whether you
want the documentation to go to you or directly to the gift recipient.
Absolutely! Lunar real estate prices are already
low ... but The Lunar Registry gives you an additional 5% discount
when you buy five or more properties! Purchasing various quantities of
various properties for yourself or your friends? No problem! Our ordering
system will deduct 5% off of the price of each property automatically once
you've reached any combination equaling five acres.
To reduce the hassle of entering and
re-entering your billing information, simply click on the "Continue
Ordering" button on the shopping cart page to continue adding
additional properties to your purchase. (If you are buying multiple
quantities of the same property — for example, three acres in the Sea Of
Serenity — simply change the quantity for that property on the shopping
cart page.)
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the
"Payments" button on the shopping cart screen. If
the documentation is to be made out in another person's name, please read
the previous section for instructions on giving lunar property as a gift.
We
welcome orders from around the world and will ship anywhere at your
request! Through our merchant service partner, you can order safely and securely with your major credit card, including
