Wondering how long it will take for your documents
package to arrive? We will attempt to update delivery information
for you on a daily basis to keep you informed on the latest data we have
received. Please keep in mind that
it typically takes us two business days to process your order
and ship it
(each document package is individually personalized, not just pulled off
a shelf), although processing may be delayed slightly due to
higher volume during peak periods. For
example, our order volume increases significantly as the holiday season
reaches its peak.
Concerned
that your order won't arrive on time?
To meet your gift-giving schedule, you may also receive your key documents

you must have a copy of your original purchase confirmation e-mail
with your order number on it in order for us to generate your electronic
files. Please click here to request your
key files via e-mail.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

us that we have not forwarded their tracking numbers to them. Please
note that orders shipped by any method other than UPS Express (US or

tracking information is not available to us, and we are unable to
offer it to you.

The
UPS Service Guarantee does not
apply to UPS commercial and residential Ground shipments or
UPS Standard to Canada shipments that are picked up or
scheduled to be delivered between December 12 and December
24. In addition, except for UPS Early A.M. and UPS Worldwide
Express Plus deliveries, the guarantee for on-schedule

shipments delivered within the United States will be
extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and
on December 19 through December 24.

Express orders shipped via UPS, Express Mail or
Global Express are processed immediately and ship the
next business day. You will receive a tracking number from us
so that you may follow your package in transit.
Due to increased holiday volume beyond our
control, express deliveries may be delayed by a day or two.
Shipments within the U.S. typically deliver on the following business
day; in Canada and outside North America, delivery is generally in
two to four business days. If you have placed an order with Express as
your shipping option, you will receive tracking information as soon as
your order ships.
UNITED KINGDOM/WESTERN
EUROPE/MIDDLE EAST
Although
the post office is still telling us that deliveries in the United
Kingdom, Western Europe and Middle East locations
(including Israel and the United Arab Emirates) are taking
seven to twelve business days, we are getting updates from our customers
who are letting us know that standard air mail delivery is often
taking three weeks or more. Shipments via Global Express
are currently taking seven to ten days. Depending upon the
quality of your local postal carrier, transit times may be slightly
longer or shorter. Global Priority delivery takes about ten to
fourteen business days.
AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND
(OCEANIA)
Increased
mail volume to Oceania means that delivery times have stretched from
three to six weeks via standard mail, slightly longer if you are
outside the metropolitan areas. Global Express shipments are
taking four to six days depending on your location. Global
Priority takes about ten to fourteen business days.
EASTERN
EUROPE/RUSSIA
In Eastern Europe, standard air mail shipments are
taking four to six weeks in transit, exclusive of weather and
customs delays, which may add several additional days to delivery times.
Global Express shipments, when service is available, are currently
taking four to seven business days. (Customers outside major
metropolitan areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.)
Global Priority takes about ten to fourteen business days.
THE
AMERICAS
Due to extremely heavy mail volume during the holiday season, orders
shipped via First Class Mail to destinations in the Eastern
United States are delivering in
ten to fourteen business days. Standard Priority Mail is
generally taking five to ten business days. In the Midwest
and Western U.S., First Class Mail is running seven to
fourteen business days, with Priority Mail taking four to
eight business days. Express Mail is generally overnight delivery,
but can take two business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Priority Mail
and First Class Mail delivery times are
not guaranteed by the
USPS!
Deliveries to all Canadian locations are taking
about three weeks via standard mail. Shipments via Global Express
are taking three to five days in transit. Global Priority
generally takes two weeks.
In Central America (including Mexico) and
all South American locations, standard postal mail is taking
about three weeks, while Global Express is taking three
to five business days when available. (If you are located outside a
major metropolitan area, delivery may take an additional three to five
days.) Global Priority generally takes two weeks.
ASIA/INDIA/AFRICA/PACIFIC
ISLANDS
Orders
shipping to India, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Korea,
China,
Singapore, the Philippines and most African and Asian
locations are taking three to six weeks via standard air mail,
with Global Express shipments taking four to seven business
days. We have also been experiencing extensive foreign customs
delays of up to five days. In rural locations, delivery may
take an additional five to seven days. Global Priority takes
about ten to fourteen business days; add a week for deliveries outside
metro areas.
